No doubt agriculture needed a great boost, but by clubbing the rural development with agriculture there seems to room for more funds diversion to rural development and neglecting agri needs. If the farmers are really going to benefit from MSP's it is most welcome. But again Gramin markets should be free from brokers, otherwise it would failure on the basis of Rytu bazar in Telangana which is not catering to the needs of farmers.
